Social Media Manager

About the role

Extreme Freelancing is looking for a Junior Social Media Manager with knowledge of social media management, content creation, graphic design and basic video editing. The selected candidate will assist in managing social media accounts, run ads and creating engaging content for platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn.

What you'll do

• Manage and schedule social media content
• Running Ad compaigns on Social Platforms and Google
• Create social media posts and captions
• Assist with content calendars
• Design basic social media graphics
• Edit short-form videos and reels
• Create creative content for Meta advertising campaigns
• Research social media trends
• Write engaging captions and post copy
• Maintain brand consistency
• Monitor basic engagement and content performance
• Work with the marketing team on social media campaigns

What we're looking for

• Graduate or currently studying
• IT, Digital Marketing, Media, Design, Business or related background preferred
• Basic social media management knowledge
• Knowledge about Meta Ads, Google Ads and KPIs
• Knowledge of Canva or similar graphic design tools
• Basic video editing skills using CapCut, Premiere Pro or similar software
• Good English communication and writing skills
• Creative mindset
• Understanding of Facebook and Instagram content
• Portfolio or sample work preferred

• Basic tracking and analytics knowledge
• Experience with Conversions API (CAPI) setup
• Familiarity with Meta Business Suite
